FAQ's:
Who will be in attendance at the conference?
Typically the make up of the attendees consists of
Attorneys, Accountants, Physicians, Hospital Administration,
and Consultants.
Who qualifies for the "Healthcare Provider" discount?
Physicians, practitioners, nurses and hospital
administrators all qualify for the provider discount.
What is the deadline to register?
There is no deadline, although we prefer that you register
at least two weeks in advance so that
materials and preparations can be made.
Can I sign up to attend just one or two sessions?
No. Under certain circumstances, we may offer a half day

Does the conference registration fee include the
luncheons, the wine tasting reception, and the dinner?
Yes.
Do I need to make my own room reservations with the
hotel?
Yes. In order to get the group rate, please call The
Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel at 312-751-8100 before March
26, 2008 and tell them that you are with the Healthcare
Transactions Conference.
Are CLE credits available?
Yes, we apply for CLE credit from both Pennsylvania and Ohio
which have reciprocity with most states. Give us a business
card at the conference, and we will send you a certificate
of attendance as well as copies of the approval letters from
both OH and PA for you to send to your state's CLE board.
Are CPE credits available?
We are not a certified CPE credit provider. We can, however,
send you a certificate of attendance for you to send to your
CPE board.
What is the suggested dress?
Business casual.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations for the Healthcare Transactions Summit conference
will be subject to a $200.00 administration fee. In order to
receive a prompt refund, your notice of cancellation must be
received in writing (by letter, fax, or email) fifteen (15)
business days prior to the conference. We regret that
refunds will not be issued after March 20, 2008. The
registration may be transferred to another member of your
firm for this or any future Renaissance American Management,
Inc. conference within 13 months. If you plan to send a
substitute in your place, please notify us as soon as
possible so that materials and preparations can be made. In
the unlikely event of a conference cancellation, Renaissance
American Management, Inc. and Beard Group assume no
liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel
accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.
